The Municipality of Arouca is the owner of the reservation platform and is the organisation responsible for the contents and services provided by the website “Paiva Walkways”.
Please read the following text, in order to understand and be aware of how the information you provide will be handled by PROTYP and the Municipality of Arouca.

1. What information is collected about users?
In order to be able to effect a reservation or a request for information from the Paiva Walkways, it is necessary to fill in forms that are on the booking platform of the Paiva Walkways website (www.reservas.passadicosdopaiva.pt ).
The collection of personal data is effected at the time of the user completing the forms available on the booking platform of the Paiva Walkways website.
The information collected is necessary to secure the user's identity. The provision of the data requested when filling in the forms available on the Paiva Walkways website is required so that the user and the host can use the services available on that website.

2.2. The Municipality of Arouca will honour online reservations received, up to a daily limit of visitors.
2.3. There will be a booking fee per visitor.
2.4. Each booking area has maximum of visitors.
2.5. The data recorded on the invoice is the sole responsibility of the user. The invoice issued cannot be reissued with amendments.
2.6. The validation of the reservation implies that the user has read and expressly accepted the General Conditions. Once the validation is complete, the user will receive an automatic email to confirm the reservation.
2.7.Reservations made through https://reservas.passadicosdopaiva.pt are payable through the following methods of payment (according to availability) via gateway:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);<
• References for payment at ATM.
• MB Way
• Meo Wallet

3. Who is responsible for the collection of information?
PROTYP and the Municipality of Arouca are wholly responsible for the collection of personal data on the Paiva Walkways website. Each time you finish using this service, these bodies do not assume any responsibility for information collected outside the said electronic pages.

4. What are cookies and how does PROTYP use them?
PIn order to provide a more personalized and more enjoyable service for the user, PROTYP uses cookies to collect and store information. The actions described above are absolutely and completely forbidden to the user and are grounds for the immediate suspension or termination, full, partial, temporary or permanent, of use of the Paiva Walkways website, as well as, where this applies, the elimination of any records or files relating to the said user, without prior notice and with immediate effect.
